ハードウェアアクセラレーションによって起きる不具合?

ブラウザを開くと上記の画像用にハードウェアアクセラレーションを起動しておくとこのような状態になってyotubeのサムネイルも同じようになってしまいます。
オフにすれば問題はないのですが、chromeでは起きずvivaldiだけ起きるのでモヤモヤしています。
OSの再インストール後、再度1080tiで発生したので予備の1070も使用しましたが同様に発生しました。 -

相談以降色々操作をしてみたらnvidiaコントロールパネルにあるimage sharpeningという機能をオンにすると発生するようです。オフにすると文字のドット抜け現象が5分ほど操作しても見られなかったので、これが原因かもしれません。
そちらの環境でも発生するか確認お願いします。 -
