Can't log in PayPal {TwoFactor Auth with SMS}

Happy new year!
I'm having trouble logging into PayPal.
I go to https://www.paypal.com/signin and enter username and password. I get forwarded to https://www.paypal.com/authflow/twofactor/ and enter the two factor code sent via SMS. I click "Continue".
Instead of logging in, I get redirected to https://www.paypal.com/signin?failedBecause=service_error with the following message:
"We're sorry, we can't log you in. Contact customer support for more help, or try logging in again."
All extensions and security tools were disabled for testing. This doesn't happen with other browsers.
I have reported a bug (VB-61975) but the email I got, said I should open a forum thread as well.

@Gwen-Dragon I did check this before posting. I had every singe extension disabled when testing, including adblock.

@Gwen-Dragon No that doesn't work for me in normal or private mode. I'm also using 2.10.1745.23 Win 10 x64.

@Gwen-Dragon Nothing blocked, no exceptions. Full Reset didn't help either I'm afraid.

@Gwen-Dragon I tested right after resetting, before syncing or restoring backups and with no extensions installed. I don't use a VPN or proxy. I use Eset NOD32 that I also disabled before testing.

@Gwen-Dragon Yes I understand, that's why I did the full reset. I also understand that it works for you, but it doesn't work for me sadly. Having to use PayPal daily, this is a real issue for me.

Which security software do you have installed? Such may filter and break logins.
Do you use any VPN or proxy?does it matter?

Well, I don’t know, I use this service and does not block anything

I have the exact same issue. Can't Login into paypal. It always kicks me out after typing the correct 2fa sms code. It also won't work on my android mobile with vivaldi.

Tried a clean fresh vivaldi installation on windows 10. Same issues. Can't login with sms 2fa
