How do I backup everything (settings, appearance, extensions settings, opened tabs, etc.)?

Hello, I'm using Vivaldi at least for a month and I'm going to change my notebook HD for an SSD and I want to fresh install Windows (I DO NOT PRETEND TO CLONE THE ALREADY EXISTING WINDOWS HD INSTALLATION, PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO DO THAT).
I'd like to know how do I backup Vivaldi settings, appearance, extensions settings, opened tabs, etc.
Is it ok to just copy and paste the installation directory? I've already used the sync function on a VM Ubuntu, although it syncs the installed extensions and some browser's settings, it doesn't sync extensions' settings and opened tabs.
