How to post story instagram using Vivaldi Browser

i stumbled upon this

1. open instagram as a new tab (not web page)

2. press f12

3. press the highlighted button
   

4. pick a mobile device
   

5. click f5 to reload

6. click your story (a blue plus sign indicates that you can add, no plus sign indicated that there is already a story)
   

7. add image done
