It is not very shabby in view of Vivaldi's fight against the greats of the sector. It is a modification I made of a stock logo

@Gwen-Dragon, this is a concept. A concept should be different. Current Vivaldi's logo has 2 main problems: useless white circle and visual asymmetry.

@Semenov-Sherin Please have a closer look. The icon you have shown looks more like a drain for IE, FX and other logo at the same time. I would not happily use that. A new shiny and polished logo needs something .. more clever.

@Semenov-Sherin I think visual asymmetry can be a good thing. It can look less neat but more interesting and recognisable.

White circle? What’s bad on that?
Asymmetry? I think that every logo is (at least a little bit) asymmetrical. And V’s one is very symmetrical, IMO.

@potmeklecbohdan On the point of the white circle, it's a bit strange.

It only works at very high resolutions - look for every smaller vivaldi logo and it just has a V on colour.

E.g. the vivaldi.net favicon, the windows icon on small resolution, the icon on the vivaldi menu...

However, I don't think the white circle is "useless".

@LonM It’s not in smaller icons because they would try to display too many things on too small area. But the opposite effect would come for bigger icons w/o the circle.

@Semenov-Sherin My measuring says it already is a little bit moved — when using the same height (in the widest part of the V), I got 93px of pure white to the left and 90px to the right.
