New functionality - profile - personne - Not really happy !

Hello Vivaldi,
Sorry but nobody use my computer and i don't mind of this functionality so the icon on the top right corner takes space for nothing for me.
Why don't you give the user the ability to enable or desable this functionality?
How many users will use this functionality?
Why you put this functionality in front? (like a revolution)
What is the purpose of this? (get information about users?)Why NOW same as many other project you impose to users things like this?
Same as google with Chrome when they decide to locate the bookmark bar on the top?
By the way, that's why i move from Chrome to Vivaldi.I noticed since a while already some slowdowns and also if the browsing history (if not cleared) make Vivaldi really slow.
I think that "to impose" to users even if it's a new functionality is never the right thing to do.
This is the best way to get them to go!Anyway, good luck and thank you for what it as been done but i start to feel disappointed...

you could have spared this post if you actually looked in the settings/address bar: Show Profile Button, uncheck it.

While you can't disable the functionality, you can hide the button. This will essentially give you the same experience as before the button was added, since profiles have always existed (but without an official and easy/functional way to switch between them).

Thank you for the trick and yes, you are right, i could have spared this post, agree but i've looked before and try to find a way to do it. I was looking in settings and "profile" or "personne" and i didn't see it, so i am sorry for this, my mistake and i am happy to be able to hide it.
Anyway, in my experience, the history of Vivaldi browsing slow it down and i had to tell it.
