Don't close the settings window last!

Annoyingly, when closing the settings window last, every time you re-open vivaldi, you're greeted by the same window, and I'm yet to find a way to get the browser back without force removing everything and reinstalling it.

What version of Vivaldi are you using? (Menu > Help > About: check the top line)
I had your problem in the original Vivaldi Tech Preview version, but it was fixed in the next update a week later. That update, in turn, had its own problem where, after opening the settings panel, the upper-right "x" button wouldn't close the browser. But with the second Vivaldi update (to 1.0.105.7), all of the settings-panel-caused exit/restart problems have been cleared up on my system.

Press Ctrl+N to open a new window.
EDIT: Also, get the latest build. I just checked that and Vivaldi now auto-closes the Settings window if you close the main browser window fist. No issues when restarting the Vivaldi.

Ah, thank ye~
I stopped being a forum hound years ago (more or less.. live under a rock :3), and pretty much expected Vivaldi to notify me of updates. -
