I have many suspended tabs (~100), 10-20 active tabs and 2 browser windows.
Lags are regular every 5 seconds and continued for 7 seconds.How to determine, what site or plugin or other thing caused this behavior?
-
It's "Background tab: Vivaldi". If I click it, tab Extensions opens. It's not enought for me to understand.

What's running in the background?

@lamarca
This is what I want to understand. Maybe the developers know? -
@c0unt0 Task Manager show display what is running in background tab.

@Gwen-Dragon
It's difficult to catch. Now problem is gone. But as sysadmin I'm interesting in investigation. First line used 100% cpu from time to time. How can I go deep and see, what is "backgrond tab"? -

Now you can inspect the complete Vivaldi app by context menu.
How? Don't see new options. Problem returned....

@c0unt0 as @Gwen-Dragon already mentioned the cause could be ADGuard. Try to disable and see. In case it was that addon, you can consider something more lightweight like uBlock Origin.
