Checker Plus for Gmail and OneNote Web Clipper extensions not work

@awking For OneNote Web Clipper, I confirm there is an issue with the last snapshot. When trying to log in, a window opens and closes directly so it is indeed impossible to log in.
For Checker Plus, I don't know, I uninstalled it a few months ago.
