Proxy SwitchyOmega & switchysharp not work - Linux

proxy extension switchyomega not work as expected.
most time will not load pages, sometimes wait for a few seconds page will load. -
switchyomega is ok in chrome/chromium, fast & no lag. (system/OS proxy setting off). same config & socks5/http proxy server.

vivaldi 2.1, Proxy SwitchyOmega 2.5.20, ubuntu 18.04.

also tried Proxy SwitchySharp 1.10.6, not work either.
no idea where I can get some logs about this.
