OSK pops-up whenever I close Vivaldi (on Surface Pro)

This just started happening yesterday. Every time I close Vivaldi (1.16.1279.3 64-bit) the On-Screen Keyboard pops up.
Not at all sure it is any fault of Vivaldi, but since it only happens when closing Vivaldi, I thought I'd start troubleshooting here.
I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro 2017 with 64-bit Win10 Pro (v. 1803, OS build 17134.228) but haven't used the OSK in ages. I also checked OSK settings and don't see anything relevant there, nor have I changed anything there.
Any ideas how to stop this annoying, and bizarre, behavior?

PS: Noticed today that the OSK pops up when Vivaldi is minimized to Task Bar, as well.

Just installed the update to v.2.0.1296.4 64-bit and the problem went away. Either the update jarred loose something that was misconfigured or the update outright fixed a bug? Either way, it's nice to not have the keyboard popping up.

For the love of all that is holy, MAKE IT STOP!
With the "upgrade" to v.2.0.1302.3, the OSK pops up again. Noooooooooooooooo.....
This is definitely a Vivaldi issue. Before I wasn't sure, but now I am: if an update stopped the behavior and another update reinstates the behavior, it seems pretty clear.
Any way to remove the "RESOLVED" tag?

@wpcoe I removed the resolved tag.
It is possible that the on-screen keyboard is opened behind the Vivaldi Window and only becomes visible when you close the Vivaldi Window.
Please check your Windows settings for shortcuts that display the keyboard. There are been recent updates to Windows that may affect the behaviour.

@fidcalq It's not a problem unless you're duplicating the same thing in different threads. You can edit your posts by clicking on the blue vertical dots icon.

@fidcalq Thanks for the suggestion. I opened Services (and "Services (Local)" is the only option in the left-side pane) but don't see Auto Keyboard, Keyboard, or any keyboard-related services listed.

~~Just updated Vivaldi to v.2.0.1306.3 (64-bit) and the problem is gone again. Until next update?
The symptom of the OSK appearing and then not seems to be linked with updates to Vivaldi.~~
I guess I was lucky that one time. Now the OSK pops up again...
PS: The strikethrough attribute is not working? Just the double-tilde before and after the text I applied it to show up.
