The site is blocking Vivaldi or are unable to identify the UA (user agent). Let me see if it works. -
@lamarca Maybe the miaopai.com has a regional restriction, @Pesala 's browser also cannot play the video, but here on my computer, just Vivaldi cannot play.

Confirmed - it is a pure certificate missing and missmatch problem, no country restriction, no User Agent sniffing.
The certificate for the video is issued from
*.cdn.mycloud.com
but the video in itself is delivered via
txycdn.miaopai.comThe video in itself is a standard MPEG4 Base media, High@L5, CABAC / 4 Ref Frames with AAC LC mp4a-40-2 sound, which plays just fine in Vivaldi, no codec problem.

@gwen-dragon They're different. Opera has the same problem with Vivaldi, they both can play the audio but not the vedio.
Chromium is just cannot play the vedio and said "对不起 该视频无法正常播放" which means “Sorry, the video cannot be played properly”Firefox can play the video, and 360 browser based on chromium63 also can play this video
