keyboard shortcut ALT + POS 1

Hello, little problem with keyboard shortcut ALT + POS 1.
in the beginning everything is ok with the keyboard shortcut ALT + POS 1 (speed dial)
but after some time I have to restart the program to make this shortcut work again.

my settings
homepage: startpage / startup: specific pages (blank)
Vivaldi 1.13.1008.36 (Stable channel) (64-bit) , Windows 10

@wmd It is not yet possible to assign shortcuts to speed dials AFAIK, so where are you entering Alt+POS1?

I guess he means settings/keyboard/page/home, set as alt-home
