Not a book in the puritan sense , but a Graphic Novel which I'm re-reading in colour.
Also, I might add that it is ridiculously complicated to buy this kind of thing online legally.

Exciting prison thriller which has a very good mix of believable situations and characters alongside some unbelievable (but well written) supernatural elements.

The boy on the bridge by M. R. Carey
A prequel to The girl with all the gifts. Follows a group of military scientists investigating a plague that has nearly wiped humanity out. Very good story with good characters, and this continues to be my favourite series of "zombie fiction".
