Not ideal... but you could set your search to DuckDuckGo and use their "Bangs" to search with Quant. It works by entering the proper "bang" in DuckDucks search box like this "!qw item to be searched".

It seems they already have several Bangs for different Quant searches

Sorry for the confusion. Qwant was added as a default search engine option only in selected countries:
- France
- Italy
- UK
- Germany
- Spain
- US
It's already possible to add Qwant as a search engine on desktop and work on syncable search engines continues as well.
