MacBookでは2本指でタブをスクロールできますが、MacでもPCでもマウスのスクロールホイールでタブをスクロールできます。この機能はSafariとFirefoxにしかありませんが、Vivaldiにもあるといいですね。

On MacBook, you can scroll the tabs by two fingers, or scroll wheel on mouse both Mac and PC. This feature is only appear on Safari and Firefox, I hope Vivaldi have too.
