@ingolftopf Are they for an organ?
Have been watching Look Mum No Computer's saga with moving an organ into his museum. Interesting stuff.
-
Not so easy.
A tip:
-
@nomadic
Exactly, a church organ, from a large church in Germany.This is a "swell".
By opening or closing the blinds electrically, the cantor can determine the volume of the pipes in the church nave.
A person's jacket can be seen in the door, as a size comparison.Above this, a movement "Spanish Fanfares".
It was on display during an organ restoration tour.

@Ryszard
But surely there is something like that without Google.
-
And because it is so beautiful, a mini organ,
a 'portative':

@ingolftopf Very tangentially related, but in high school, I had a friend that played the organ as well.
We worked on a math project together where we needed to design a rollercoaster using equations for lines that joined up tangentially.
Part of it was to make a video, and I went a bit overboard and plugged all the points into a rollercoaster simulator. It was at that point that we realized the ride would certainly be deadly to ride, even when ignoring rendering collisions from the simulator. We decided to call the ride "Sine of Death" (many of the equations included
sin()
) and my friend recorded a fitting musical accompaniment on the organ.The video: https://icedrive.net/s/f5NAFtSQzZB5tXjyCYk769T6BRvD
Edit: Wow, made a post that contained the word "
tangentially
"twicethrice! -
@nomadic
Thank you for your contribution and the link.Music from it, maybe it will be in a video.

@nomadic
What a wonderful organ performance! ^^ -

Beautiful, almost, full moon night.
"Waxing three-quarter moon",
"Illumination: 97%
in Germany.Unfortunately, the shot is not so good.
It is also still a little hazy.Still nice, though.

beautiful!
The Harvest Moon rises tomorrow!If that's the same as a Full Moon, then it could explain the erratic driving on the local roads that I saw yesterday!
-
@ingolftopf you're right!
Here's one from where I live
-
@RiveDroite Great photo!
-
Wow! World's Longest Largest skarting rink ! ^^
-
@shifte You got it!
-
@RiveDroite
Oh, I hadn't thought of it that way until now.But a beautiful sight.
Thanks for the photo.
-
@shifte
"Harvest Moon" a beautiful word, unfamiliar to me.But yes, in many countries of the Northern Hemisphere it is harvest time.
-
@ingolftopf
Well... unfamiliar word to me as well.
I took a picture of "Chushu no meigetsu" today!
