Personally, I'd put Carly Simon first, but I'm a big fan of all her work. Sir Paul would be second (given that Simon is first). I'd have Rita Coolidge, "Goldfinger", and Duran Duran round out my list.

For me.
1.Wings...live and let die.
2.Duran Duran...a view to a kill.
3.nancy sinatra...you only live twice.(Donald pleasance was good as blofeld.).I will stick with 3 for now.I much preferred macca in wings rather than that certain merseyside group.

Slightly off topic here but timothy dalton never gets enough credit as bond, here in the uk he is virtually forgotten and yet i consider dalton better than daniel craig who is just droll and motionless.
End the bond franchise now before it is irrepairably damaged.

The original Casino Royale is a joke - literally - and the theme definitely fits @guigirl's description as "Lift Musak" (or elevator music as we call it here) ,,, but yes, it deserves honorable mention (and surprisingly, wasn't in that list of "all Bond themes").
