Problem with Video Download Helper and Instagram Downloader

I'm not sure what's going on but I noticed something weird with two extensions, namely: Video Download Helper and Instagram Downloader.
Video Download Helper doesn't seem to work when you choose the "On specific sites" option. It will only work when it's allowed to run on all sites. And if you install Instagram Downloader you will all of a sudden not see any options to choose from, you will only see the "Automatically allow access on the following sites" option. Can you guys verify?
