There isn't any such function in Vivaldi at this time. The browser is still very immature.
That said, nothing has been put forth from the development team to indicate that social networking will be an early high priority for Vivaldi. It does not aim to emulate anything like Flock browser for instance.
Now I'm not a Mac user, but I know Mac has this "share" button that one can incorporate into a browser like Safari or Chrome (and now, two years into the development stream, Opera). Vivaldi may incorporate such a thing for Mac just in the normal course of development over the next year or so. Or not. As I say, it has never been mentioned as a priority.

Thanks for your response. I think this would be a limiting move, new apps worldwide NEED to be connected to other apps, it's about content consumption AND sharing.

Initially, at least, Vivaldi appeal is limited by design. The founder, Jon S Von Tetzchner (former co-founder and CEO of Opera ASA) stated at the outset that his first goal was to give a browser home to those users displaced by the loss of the original Opera browser when the company he had left changed direction with a completely different design concept. This serves two purposes - gives us old Opera-heads a home, and provides a solid user base for the new browser of potentially some millions of users. So to attract us, he FIRST must build a browser with many, if not all, of the features we miss. It was clear from day one that he never intended to go into competition the big boys.
Once Goal One is met, other things are going to be looked at. There was once an old Opera service called Unite - that was all about sharing and consuming content between Opera users. It was ahead of its time, and was not kept alive for all that long, but the concept has obviously been rattling around in Jon's head before, during and after that period. He has stated in recent interviews that he sees the browser as a multi-purpose platform for connection of all kinds. So once the basics have been seen to, look for him to introduce various ways to connect (though not necessarily social-fluff ways, but maybe more work and community oriented).
That's my guess.
