PC magazine spam, impossible to remove it!

Hi,
I'm getting mad. Suddenly, I am receiving frequent PC Magazine spam in my notification area. I've searched for more than 10 hours for a solution and nothing works. I used the option for blocking trackers and adds, added https://www.pcmag.com to the exceptions list for blocking it, but nothing works.
My last resource will be uninstalling Vivaldi and move to another browser, but I wouldn't like to take such a desperate solution.
PLEASE, any help will be really appreciated.

Have you confirmed that this only happens while the browser is running ?
Have you run the browser with all extensions and plugins disabled ?If you have not recently installed a new extension or userscript, it is possible a compromised addon has been delivered as an update.
