I don’t know the sequence of thoughts leading to this, but… don’t you think that if you have breakfast multiple times a day (e.g. in the morning & in the afternoon) you’re more fresh?
-
@potmeklecbohdan That sounds like a very good idea to have multiple breakfasts a day. This way you can share the time virtually with your friends worldwide. I like it.
-
@kahukura I thought it a little differently, but yes, your idea also applies. I meant, do you sometimes get the nice feeling of freshness while having breakfast? If you tell yourself ‘wow, breakfast’ you could maybe get the feeling even in the afternoon.

Just skip breakfast.
Wait as long as you can before intake of next nutrient. Hydrate but do not eat.
This will allow you body to mobilise its "reserve" stored fats. instead of just getting bigger and bigger. Each day wait one more hour than you day before.
The importance of breakfast is a myth created by big capitalist cereal and dairy industry. They need you to buy more sugar and starch and cornsyrup.
Educate yourself on "intermittent fasting" and thank me later.
Try it out yourself and spred the word.
One of the best things that ever happened to my health. -
@TackU0U Glass of Kefir milk and some fruit.
-
A cup of coffee, a warm meatball and a slice of pasta salad.

@pontisto The Buddha recommended one meal a day for health, but allowed monks to keep back some food for later if they found eating only one meal too difficult.
In general, forest monks go for alms at first light, and share their food with their fellow monks after returning from almsround. Solitary monks who lived far from the village would stop to eat on the way back. Either way, all solid food had to be consumed by midday.
Four days a week I go to a supporter’s house for my meal, eating by 7:30 at the earliest, or 10:30 at the latest. On the other days, supporters bring food to me about 8:00 am.
-
Before, my breakfast was rice with fried meat. Now after marriage, I often take whole wheat bread with butter and coffee in the morning. If I want a heavier meal, then I choose to eat brown rice with fish.
-
First meal of the day, or first meal after you wake up? As someone who has dinner at 3 AM (I work until midnight) the two are not the same (hopefully anyway).
