If the extension "Feedbro" is opened in the tab, then the tab icon of Feedbro disappears.

The tab buttons of the extensions "Feedbro" and "Group Speed Dial" are hidden.
I use the extension "User Agent Switcher and Manager" and have set it to Chrome.

In Firefox and Chromium this does not happen.

Is there any way to make these buttons visible again?

@stardepp Are you using any UI JS/CSS mods? Try to disable them.

Try launching Vivaldi in UI inspect mode:
vivaldi --flag-switches-begin --debug-packed-apps --silent-debugger-extension-api --flag-switches-end

Then right-click the missing icon, show inspect.

@stardepp You need to look in the Elements tab of the devtools, not Console... but it should open there if you Right-click > Inspect on the missing icon. Or click on the next icon that works, then find the Feedbro element in the html above it. Complicated, I know, sorry...

Another idea:

• Close Vivaldi.
• Backup Vivaldi profile folder Vivaldi\User Data\Default\Extension State
• Delete the same folder
• Start Vivaldi

This might reset your Extension icons, but also it will probably reset their hidden/display state. Do at your own risk, that's why we do backups
