What browser do you use on Android?
-
Mobile Classic does not work on Lollipop, nor does it handle HD devices. I do use Opera for Android on my Nexus 7 … at least until they start working on Vivaldi for Android.
For the record Opera Classic was recently updated and works perfectly on Lollipop and Marshmellow.
Where can I get it? I just started searching for it on my Marshmallow Android phone and every download doesn't let me install it. Is it the version 1.1.9?
-
I've reverted to the Android browser for now. I hardly do any phone browsing any more, and Opera just became too slow and frustrating for me on Android.

Slow ? O_o
Is still the fastest and lightest browser on android.
Actually Opera Classic is even faster than the new crappy operamini.

I got it on the playstore

Where did you find such kind of version number?
Opera classic is 12.xx
The version I have on MM is 12.10.ADR-1502231212
If I reboot in Ice Cream Sandwich or Jelly Bean or KitKat, the version installed is
12.10.ADR-1411061201

By now, I've probably forgotten XD
Anyway, I'm using Brave browser on Android. They finally managed to get a full-fledged browser on Android, one with HTTPS Everywhere, built-in adblocker, and with Chrome's UI, so it's basically a better version of Chrome.
Opera, I'm a little hesitant about touching it again now that it's owned by a Chinese company. But I used to use it a lot before that.
I don't really have my tabs and bookmarks and such stored on my phone web browser. I hardly ever use my phone for very much. But when I do, I can't wait until Vivaldi comes out on Android sometime later this year so I can have synced bookmarks, history, notes in between my devices for a better browsing experience.

Firefox. I used Dolphin and Maxthon in the past. I'm not too keen on Chrome for Android. I really want to try Vivaldi for Android when it's released.
-
i used Opera a long time in my cellphones but I ended using the Chrome for now. Waiting the Vivaldi version

Find firefox with ublock origin addon works best for me on Android.
-
Opera Mini in last time. Because of Ad Blocker and Opera VNP addon. I use it when I am outside using free WiFi spots. Now I dare to login in my websites and check mail without fear someone around is sniffing traffic. (except maybe chinese NSA, but I dont care)
Following this habbit i open Opera Mini at home too.

I use Chrome on my Android device, but recently have installed Opera Mini since it lets me hide my IP with no extra cost. So far it is working satisfactorily.

I have the following installed on my Samsung Android 5.0 os - Vivaldi Beta version, Chrome Beta version, Current version of FireFox, Bing Search, Samsung browser, Kiwi Browser and Microsoft Edge.
My Rating by best (1) to worst (7) taking into consideration, speed, navigation, options in settings and the ability to add extensions.
- Kiwi Browser 77.0.3865.92 (This is honestly the best browser in so many ways - Super Fast, Easy Navigation, Chrome extensions, Advanced Settings for tabs, Built-in Ad Blocker, Google Chrome Password Sync.)
- Microsoft Edge (Super Fast, Settings, Navigation, Built-in Ad Blocker)
- Vivaldi Beta 2.7.1624.277 (Syncs to Vivaldi desktop browser, Fast, Has the best navigation for quickly accessing bookmarks, No Ad Blocker, No Extensions)
- Chrome Beta 78.0.3904.62 (Super Fast, Navigation is pretty good, fast access to bookmarks, No built-in Ad Blocker, No Extensions)
- Bing App 10.4.27247456 Opland (Super Fast, Most privacy features of all the web browsers mentioned, unique setting features, Screen Recording Protection, made to work with Microsoft Rewards program, Unusual layout)
- Samsung Browser 10.1.01.3 (Super fast, Built-in Cookie blocker, only Syncs to Samsung, Too many pop-up help notes, Phone Carried Locked Bookmarks, 8 Ad Blocker options, poor access to Bookmarks)
- FireFox 68.2.0 (Slow response time, Easy access to Bookmarks, FireFox Extensions Library, Sync is slow, Save As PDF)
-
Currently, I'm using the Chrome browser. It fast but too many ads and sometimes webpages redirects me to other notorious webpages
-
Kiwi. I tried Vivaldi Mobile but the dark mode makes some weird color choices on the sites I visit.
-
I use Opera mini because it works well. before this, I used Firefox but its interface is very weak.
-
Opera because it's less taxing on your device's memory. In addition, its turbo feature can speed up web browsing by reducing data found on websites.
-
I have two browsers on my Andriod phone - One is Chrome and 2nd is Opera Mini. I like to use both browsers.

On Android I use Vivaldi (like on the desktop as well). The sync option makes it very easy to access bookmarks while it also remembers passwords. Kudos to the devs!
-
@terryphi I use Vivaldi, for basically the same reasons as @vectorwhiz.
