Some nice, peaceful classical music on the UK station Magic Classical (formerly Scala Radio) via the internet. I normally watch the Vienna concert with my wife on Polish television but I'm in London this year and true to form British tv ignores culture that isn't British.....

Spending New Year's Eve and New Year in London? No sense. If someone can't afford Krakow, they go to Vienna, and eventually to Rome.

@Ryszard I take your point about driving on the wrong side of the road (even if for me it's the correct side...).
I've been to Krakow and Vienna many times, worked in both citiies for probably a year and a half in total, and love them both. But my visit to London is to see my kids and grandkids over Christmas and the New Year and flat sit for one of my sons for a couple of weeks.
It's a nice break so far (despite the tv).
