Uhhhhhmmm, how about Vivaldi? If you're even going to HAVE IE on you machine (and you don't have to) the least problematic will be the latest release your system is compatible with. Just be ready for a load of irritating prompts, etc., some (but not all) of which you can turn off.

I don't understand the question.

If you like IE why wait until 2015 to update. ?

If you don't like it, why ask about updating ?

This must be a joke post.
Anyone using an outdated IE if they can use a newer one is a fool, because it is the biggest risk to Windows security and lacks support for modern site features.

What's there really to 'get'? You don't buy it. Unless you are on Vista, you can go to the M$ website and download the installer for IE11 or you can get it through the Windows Updates. Personally, why are asking this on the Vivaldi forum? Get Vivaldi instead–or heck, Opera, Firefox, or Chrome would be a better choice than any of the IE's.
