hi, what's your opinion about this adblocker? https://www.admuncher.com
is it still good to use with vivaldi in 2018 or is it too outdated?

Ad Muncher is not an extension that is installed in the browser, but an application for the desktop. It is a good adblocker, which also is not discovered as such for web pages.
Works fine, but does not block ads on You Tube and other videosites.

I prefer Nano adblocker with Nano Defender extension (which prevents pages from discovering the Nano adblocker)

It's outdated. No HTTPS filtering, only HTTP 1.0, doesn't work with IE11 and Edge, and no more list updates.

nano defender doesn't work at all. some websites still detect nano blocker...

Very few, there is no antiadblock killer 100%. There is an eternal battle between web pages and antiadblock killer based on mutual upgrades of their filters
