Castlevania: SOTN. I love the music in that game and replay it every 5 or so years.

I don't like to pick favorites. I've been playing a lot of Skyrim recently. My younger self probably would have said GTA, which would be a fair answer. The first game I remember playing was the first GTA back on my older brother's PS1, and my mind was absolutely blown when GTA III came out. Been hooked on GTA since.

Did you try Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night? A modern but similar style of game from the same creator.
I haven't played SOTN in years. But I have played the recent re-release of the Castlevania Advance Collection for the PC that has a lot of the similar games (Circle of the Moon, Aria of Sorrow, Harmony of Dissonance). Hopefully they eventually do a re-release of SOTN.
