Scenery of your town

From my parents' garden.

W parku, w którym nie ma smoków ale są krasnoludki, piwonia dopiero ma pąki:
czosnek niedźwiedzi zaczyna kwitnąć:
a tulipany są w pełnym rozkwicie:

From my parents' garden.
Of course I can't keep up with that.
But I also have something interesting here.
But she's not ready yet.
Urgently needs to go into the garden.
But it's been raining here for days.

@ingolftopf
You quoted the word "dopiero" - "scarcely" and I don't know if you are asking about peony or bear's garlic.Yes - bear's garlic is used in salads and as a condiment. Dried as a spice:
I just read about the culinary uses of peony in the Polish wikipedia:
Piwonia jest również wykorzystywana kulinarnie – jadalne są płatki kwiatów, które wykorzystywane są do dekoracji deserów oraz jako dodatek do herbat -
btw, "wild boar meat" is called "peony (牡丹)" in Japanese.

Disney plane at the next gate... I was just 100 meters away... I wanted to take disney plane.

Stretching the meaning of hometown a bit, but figured I would share some pictures from my road trip for the eclipse a few weeks ago.
Obviously a picture of the eclipse itself. Had intermittent clouds until totality, so got lucky. Didn't have any fancy cameras, but this photo from my dad turned out fairly well:
Some eclipse themed donuts that were way too sweet:
Watched the eclipse at my great grandfather's old ranch in Texas, USA. Found these flowers and bluebonnets everywhere:
The old house of my great grandparents has fallen into disrepair, but each time we visit, we dig through it to look for any objects with sentimental family value. This is me standing on an intact floor joist in the rotten out floor of my grandma's old bedroom:
The ranch is in an area in Texas with a ton of fossils. Lots of varieties, but these ammonites are the best finds. My sister hunted out and found a few of these good mostly intact ones:
There is also a river nearby with some dinosaur footprints. Getting to it is a little sketchy because it hasn't been turned into an official site yet:
Also did some sight seeing along the drive. Got to see two new caves: Longhorn Cavern, a decently sized cave with a moderate amount of interesting formations. Was also super busy with all the influx of eclipse tourists:
And Caverns of Sonora, a nice small narrow cave with a ton of interesting formations:
Also stopped by White Sands National Park in New Mexico, USA because it had been many years since our last visit. We normally stop by Carlsbad Caverns instead, but decided to switch it up. Was also super busy, but most of the tourists stayed around the road accessible areas, so we got away from the crowds by going on one of the longer hikes through the dunes:

You always enrich it a lot here.

With your contributions and pictures, you have once again brought great joy to many people.Wouldn't you like to go to Iceland and bring back an exciting report about the island and Vivaldi?
Maybe Vivaldi will even sponsor something.
Or at least to Magnolia, Boston, USA?

Or at least to Magnolia, Boston, USA?As a massive introvert, going out and talking with that many new people is sort of a nightmare for me. Would like to go to Iceland some day, but best you would probably get from me would be some exterior pictures of the building
Luckily we already have some reports of the Magnolia location from the other part-time New Mexico, USA resident forum member @Ayespy.

If you don't prefer it, you don't need to speak up.
Think of a nice travelogue like the one you did earlier about the total solar eclipse.
