@guigirl I could never afford such a grand vessel.
-
@guigirl Yeah. Generally one doesn't steal what one can afford...
-
@guigirl Well, they're "before my time," (one made when I was two, and the other when I was negative fourteen) but I suspect you're talking about "To Catch a Thief" and "Raffles," both totally fanciful tales which are "exceptions which prove the rule."
And even in the cases of "dashing gentleman jewel thieves," it could be argued that they actually could not afford the stuff they purloined, either.
-
@guigirl Celluloid kinda actually filled that gap. Pretty sure I saw "To catch a thief" when I was about 16 (TV, not ther moovies) and "Raffles" when I was in my 40's (HBO or TMC or something, doncha know) and then of course I've seen "It's a Wonderful Life" perhaps six or seven times. "Wizard of OZ" more than once, made same year as "Raffles" of course. And I'm preeeeety sure all of these were on celluloid before the web. Just a guess, of course.
Y'know what I don't think I've ever seen (nor want to) all the way through? "Gone With the Wind." A waste of perfectly good resources to have made that sucker...
-
@guigirl I'm still a bit sick that it was made.

Ok, so, a valuable & enthusiast Vivaldi user posts a valid and well-founded complaint.
Do you think he received any reaction from the authorities?
Nope, nothing. Case closed, topic locked. No possibility of appealing for cassation. Nothing. Nada.
Some shout loud, some use inappropriate language, some are real itches. They all get feedback (even being banned is a feedback). They all get the minimum attention a user could expect from a serious community.
But here, it'salmostlike I don't exist. It's like I didn't say anything. It's like... "Ornorm again... pfffff... don't care...".Understood.
-
@ornorm Not even an upvote from a mod!
-
@potmeklecbohdan True.
Don't count on me to spread the word anymore...

...which causes you what specific problem/s?
Using Vivaldi, it seems.
@Ornorm Better spread the butter, right?
-
@guigirl Can you please explain how to install FF Nightly?
Spoiler
Concretely, of course!
-
@guigirl Uhmβ¦
BLOAT!!!
-
@ornorm

"Gone With the Wind."
Oh! My! God! Such a long long loooooooong boring stuff.
I assume I watched the beginning & the end & skipped all in between.
I've never understood why people are so fond of this nightmarish crap.

click the blue button
I clicked several times on the blue button that you shared but... nothing happened.
Could it be due to the pink arrows? Is there a way to remove those? Should I open a bug report? -
@ornorm Perhaps, your V doesn't allow you to download a competitor?
-
@hlehyaric But it should be fixed now.
[Windows] Uninstall of Vivaldi fails (VB-80004)

What are you trying to do? Download FF or uninstall V?
-
Btw, would you be so kind to post in the betrayal's thread?
