i used for so long years to use XP and used to know my network statue from the network icon's yello popups notification and it's even moves from it's place when network cable unplugged , that feater is important for me somehow cause the network cable came from outside so i all time want to know if there is any wrong " easily "
those featers now unavilable from Win7 and up ,
Anyone know How can i back those network popups for my Windows10 ? -
Seems my hope have no solution

@kimoo Have you even tried searching for a solution yourself? A little bit of searching found me this tool (not tested it):
https://www.softpedia.com/get/Network-Tools/Network-Monitoring/Internet-Connection-Notification.shtmlIn Windows 10 such things are handled by Notifications in the Alert Center, which shows in the Taskbar (or tray) and can be opened with Win+A. Not sure if there'a a notification for loss of internet connectivity, but the icon will change.
You can choose to display the Network icon in the Taskbar by going to Settings > Personalisation > Taskbar > Select which icons appear on the taskbar. Or you could just search for the setting:
Then just make sure Network is set to show:

@kimoo It's been a month. Did you even think to try the application I suggested to you above?
Otherwise, after this time I think you can safely assume that no-one is willing to help you find what you're looking for, and you'll have to learn to live with the way things are now.

i tryed it , and it seems it uses " ping " to monitor the internet , and not monitor the hardware it self , i wished it was monitor the hardware to see the calbe statue not the internet

@kimoo Then you should do a feature request at the microsoft. But I doubt they will take back the xp balloons (popup) .
