What are you listening to right now?
-
@hlehyaric "Oufti" non! Pas Liège
Switching to English again... Have a good night and sweet dreams my dear. -
@ornorm There's a lot to discover and enjoy in ancient music. And Monteverdi is a wonderful composer. Have a good night too.
-
@hlehyaric Oh yes! Really, I'm glad you posted different references here. My ears will have delicious and wondrous days in the coming weeks.
I listened to the Graindelavoix video as well and... my God... I'll have to listen to Dufay as well. Wonderful! -

@kahukura @hlehyaric It seems Hlehyaric did influence us all
-
-
@hlehyaric Of course but what about ancient songs (not classical music)?
-
@ornorm What does classical music really mean? It embraces music from the late 18th century to the 20th century (to some extent), but it also encompasses contemporary music (Glass, Reich, Mantovani, Cage, Dusapin, Silvestrov…etc…) and ancient music too. You'll find contemporary and ancient music recordings in classical music department, you'll hear both on classical radios (e.g. France Musique, Musiq3). To cut a long story short, @kahukura was first.

-
Put all the blame on me, yes.
-
@hlehyaric @kahukura Thanks to Kahukura for his influence then.
-
@ornorm That's it. It's not about putting the blame on him, au contraire, it's all about the way he influences us.
-
@hlehyaric @kahukura For sure! Kahkura shouldn't be blamed at all!
Anyway, thanks for your interesting musical sharing. -
