Use different theme for mail than browser

I would like a to have a different them for email than the rest of the browser.
or at least a light dark option

@bdkkbrianna For each account in Settings, Mail, there is an option for:

• Black on White
• Inherit Theme Colours

This is the colour scheme used for composing messages.
