WebGL not working, audio streams working sporadically

Relevant Vivaldi versions: Stable: 1.2.490.43 Snapshots: 1.3.534.3 & 1.3.519.25 all 32-bit Running on Win7, 64-bit. Been using Vivaldi as my secondary for a long while now, mostly because I don't want to rely on Chrome and Firefox for websites that don't comply with Opera, my daily. Most of the stuff I need works flawlessly, but now that I'm playing on Roll20 I noticed a few hiccups. On Roll20 there is a jukebox feature that essentially streams audio from two websites, Soundcloud and Tabletop Audio. An excellent example of what I mean with sporadically in the title; just before I registered on here, it worked fine. Now as I check again to link these, it's broken. No restart, it just stopped working. Applies both to the Roll20 app as well as the websites directly, although Roll20 just mostly never plays anything. Soundcloud offers me this error: Tabletop Audio's player just flickers and doesn't do anything else. I'm using two extensions, ProxFlow and Imagus, the latter just a first-sight pick to enlarge thumbnails and preview image links on mouse-over. Making exceptions, disabling, killing their processes and uninstalling them completely had no effect. Hardware acceleration was tried both on and off, and sometimes that seems to have an effect after a restart, but it apparently works with and without, and then just reverses again randomly. Flash is up-to-date with 22.0.0.192. Funny thing: If I let Chrome run Roll20 first and have the Jukebox play anything, stop that and use Vivaldi -- it magically works. It continues working even after closing Chrome, but once I restart Vivaldi, no luck. I'm suspecting a required plugin that works out-of-process but relies on Chrome to start it up, but I'm by no means versed in this. At all. Second reason for the post which I cannot describe nearly as well; WebGL, well, doesn't work. I noticed it through Roll20, too, but there's nothing else apart from get.webgl.org telling me, "Hmm. While your browser seems to support WebGL, it is disabled or unavailable. If possible, please ensure that you are running the latest drivers for your video card." I do run the latest drivers and I cannot find any flags or plugins to tinker with WebGL in Vivaldi itself. Lengthy post already, if you need anything else, let me know. Console output is blank, so if required, I'd appreciate a pointer as to how to get it working. Cheers.
