[Bug] Odd Vivaldi new tab behavior
I have noticed that when I open a new tab, a "history" item will be created in that new tab; this history item is just the regular start page. This seems to occur without a 100% consistent pattern, but a good way I have found to (almost consistently) reproduce it is to open two start pages consecutively. Please see the following video for an example (https://streamable.com/btor): I think this may be a contributor to another bug I noticed. Although I cannot fully reproduce the other bug, my theory of what happens is as follows: 1. New tab is opened 2. I start typing in the address bar 3. Vivaldi decides to create this history item and in the process the address bar loses focus Edit: I'm using 1.3.519.25 (64-bit) on Windows 10, in case that matters.

I can't reproduce this in the way you described, but I have noticed something similar - if Vivaldi is set to "startup with Start Page"; when starting Vivaldi (or opening a new window) the start page does have a history (to Start Page) as you described.
