Some lacks against chrome
-
Hi Vivaldi is a cool browser but has some problems & lacks; At first i think it is slower than chrome, yet & takes too many resources. Second has problem with Internet Download Manager(IDM) extension, specially in downloading video for example : when you watching video Vivaldi does not show any IDM's pop up above video to download it but you can see it on chrome( Vivaldi is chrome base browser so must be works correctly)! Third; there is no options to delete cookies automatically after exit , it is recommended that to add more options in privacy. At last : Vivaldi's setting is confusing & takes far from simple menus. Best regards

There is a "known problem" with IDM
see https://vivaldi.net/en-US/forum/3rd-party-extensions/8400-internet-download-manager-not-workingFor the moment to delete cookies on exit, you have to use a Private Window for browsing.

I agree about the settings being complicated. It's only going to get worse as more are added. Probably too early though to make significant changes. Wait until 95% of features are complete, then think about stream-lining the settings interface.

In my case is slightly slower then chrome but faster than firefox.

That popup doesn't work on all sites (on facebook does), but I think it'll improve as IDM now support Vivaldi in its settings.

Actually is possible, but you risk to kill all cookies (maybe unwanted if you like autologin)
With this you can have a kind of control of what keep (annoying for the first time, but keep browser cookies clean without losing wanted cookies) -
