Add ”go to top/bottom page” mouse gesture.

Add the ability to go to the top of a page and bottom of a page in the built-in gesture settings.

Gesturify extension on Firefox has this ability.

Hi, you can create this gestures by yourself in Settings > Mouse, I use this since ever.
I have deleted "stop reload" and "reload tab" and use this gestures for scroll to bottom/top.
