Hi, I just installed the vivaldi browser 32 bit v.1.3.501.6 on my windows 7 64bit computer. I think there is a misconfiguration with the renderer of vivaldi, because text and pictures are very blurred. maybe opengl renderd? do you have any solution for this? I think it has something to -do with DirectWrite font rendering not playing nice with high DPI setup. This is Chromium issue afaik.
Try this: http://superuser.com/questions/803710/chrome-37-ui-got-larger-and-became-blurry-on-125-dpi
it works at least for me.

Unfortunately this has always been broken in Vivaldi (supposedly a Chrome issue, but at least Opera managed to fix it).
My work-around is:
- Add "–force-device-scale-factor=1" to the Vivaldi short cut.
- Set the "Appearance" / "User Interface Zoom" to the same scaling as the Windows (DPI) scaling.
- Set the "Webpages" / "Default Webpage Zoom" to the same scaling as the Windows (DPI) scaling.
That way I get a crispy scaled Vivaldi as long as I start it from the short cut.
