Keyword search from address window in Japanese
The below message is reposted into more appropriate category https://vivaldi.net/forum/browsers/11906-keyword-search-from-address-window-in-japanese#64407 The below message is reposted to more appropriate category Hi everyone, I am a Japanese user who love Vivaldi most. I do not remember exactly, but since the previous updates, I have encountered trouble at Vivaldi keyword search from the address window. This do not happen in English which do not need to "enter" to confirm keyword. Japanese use alphabet to type and dictionary automatically shows a list of character sets and we then need to type "enter" to confirm an appropriate character. But this "confirming enter" makes Vivaldi out of focus. Please see attached jpeg for more illustration of what is happening for Japanese users. Thank you for your kind attention. Sincerely yours, decamelon Attachments:

I posted the link to this thread from your other thread.
No one replied yet though. If you know Japanese, you could ask in the Japanese forum.
I suggest submitting a bug report.
Thank you for your kind advise! I have left a message to the bug report, which you kindly leave the link to. I hope the super Vivaldi development team will consider it and have Japanese a way out of this!
Thank you for your kind support always.
Thank you for the super development team to fix the address bar keyword search for Japanese! It should be minor issue for most of English (alphabet) users, but the team has given Japanese great gift through recent update!
I just express my sincere appreciation to the team and sure my love toward Vivaldi get more solid and real.
Thank you very much!
