Hello In my settings I choosed: Start where you stopped but it doesn't matter, Vivaldi starts every time from the quick start tab. why? How can I fix it?
No such problems here using Start with Last Session with the latest 32-bit Snapshot 1.3 on Windows 64-bit.
Make sure that you're using al least 1.2 Final.
