Either translate it or remove that crap fro our view…thanks !Realize it or not in this planet there are many people who speak different languages, and many of them don't understand a single English word. Vivaldi itself is translated in around 50 languages and the forum has dedicated rooms for them.
Calling "crap" a language just because you don't understand it (or even worse because you don't like the alphabet) isn't surely a good way to behave in a forum.
Some people may have to learn a bit of English, but you have to learn a lot about the netiquette.

I see a few posts using foul language and hate speech. Please edit it to remove it from our view … thanks!

I too am not from a native English tongue; and I only meant it in a way that people of one language would not like untranslated results from another language, in other words, I called this forum software that word.
I removed the offensive word, which was the result of frustration, and you responders didn't have to take that word so offensively. Get a life. How would you feel if a google search comes up with mostly languages you fail to comprehend, over and over ?
Obviously I got off on the wrong foot there, I was doing a lot of searching and 3/4ths of the pages ended up with other languages.
And you responders need to learn to respond with some credibility. I did not call other languages crap, I said this forum software is.
Dont twist words and lose users by talking about things like etiquette. YOU have to learn that first: Instead of addressing the problem at hand, you guys tend to take pot shots at users for secondary issues related to this site's or browser (which of course is a WIP) shortcomings.
No doubt there are some good moderators etc here but I have seen a lot of responses to many users' perfectly legit questions being shot down by moderators or 'platinum' members who think they are smarter than anyone else. Its getting no better than reddit at this rate.
Way to retain users.
Also now, for instance, just because a gentleman from Spain responded, this whole forum has been translated into Spanish for me and I have to guess my way through it (Enviar/Previsulizar/etc)…ridiculous.
Again, to be perfectly clear, I have nothing against any other language, just dont throw it in our faces.
Again, to be even more concise, I dont have anything against others or other languages OR others who dont know English, just this forum and its search results.Cheers !

It's not clear (to me) how this is happening to you.
Are you saying that this whole thread is in another language in your browser?I have never seen this forum [ Vivaldi Community site feedback (Not for the browser!) ] in any language except English.
You did mention Search, could it be that you are searching ALL forums which would include the language forums and so the results would be in multiple languages (but just those results - not the forum)?
Obviously, it depends what you are searching for, but if you restricted the range of your search to just the forums you intended to search, would that solve your problem?

"Also now, for instance, just because a gentleman from Spain responded, this whole forum has been translated into Spanish for me and I have to guess my way through it (Enviar/Previsulizar/etc)…ridiculous."
I have never seen such an effect. I wonder how it would be possible?

Even another, totally unconnected thread; about being unable to remove App from V; appeared in Hispanic; this thread seems ok now.
Guess I just have to revisit my Spanish classes in a hurry
buen día a todos

If you see the forum in Spanish, it's because you clicked on the Spanish flag.
There are local forums for other languages than English such as the Spanish one: https://vivaldi.net/en-US/forum/spanish
If you want to post threads in other languages than English, you should post them in the Local Forums and not here, that's the reason why they've been created.(Sorry about my English)
