Welcome to the forum paljass!
A direct short way I don't know but this is my workaround:
1. Open the pdf document in Vivaldi.
2. Click 'Print' on the top right menu within the document display.
3. On the print page click 'Save' to get the document into a folder of your choice.
4. Open the saved document with your favourite application.
Just tested with Vivaldi 1.3.501.6 (Developer Build) dev (64-bit) on Devuan Jessie Linux (MATE desktop environment).
Thanks for your answer, but in your way it seems to be esayer to click the download-button and the open the file.
Anyway - I'm looking for a way to open the pdf-file directly.

You can also copy the link address from the context pop-up menu and paste it to your PDF application. I couldn't find any way to open a .pdf file in an external program directly. If I disable the built-in PDF plugin (Tools -> Plugins), clicking on PDF links does nothing.
Ok, thanks to all - I'll look what is the best for me.

Maybe it will help to disable the Chromium PDF Viewer Plugin?
