Minimize button too low
Has anyone ever noticed the minimize button on Vivaldi for Windows 10 is too low? If you open up other W10 apps, the minimize button is centered, but in Vivaldi, in both the browser and the settings, the minimize button is at the bottom, and it's been like that forever. Just thought it was odd.
In Windows 7, it's no different, and the same as other Applications. That's just how the minimise button is usually designed.
Interesting. In 7, it's an "underline." In 10, it's a "dash." Someday, when a Vivaldi developer has nothing to do, he can re-code the UI for Win 10 only, to show it as a "dash." What's happening here, of course, is that Vivaldi has no Windows frame. It just has its own UI, with a fake "frame" at the top. I'ma bet if a user selects show Vivaldi in native window on Win 10, the minimize button will be a "dash."
Edit: Yup. Just tried it. Native window looks like all Win10 windows, with the "dash" for minimize.
Are you sure it's a regular dash and not the alt 0151 dash? Either way, whenever they've got free time on their hands, and it's like 5 minutes till 5(or whenever they finish work), they can put in the proper dash to make it look like other W10 programs and apps.
It's neither a dash or a hyphen, it's just a line drawn with SVG (in our case).
What's wrong is as you point out, the position.
I'll make a bug and position it correctly. Thanks.
Thank you Atle!
