the difference between site displays

I have a phone in my hands, so I'm using Vivaldi for android. If I go to https://whatstat.ru, Vivaldi will not show half of the information. I need to know in advance what I'm looking for. Agree, a strange reason for the search.
It is visible only in the mode "for PC"
The browser should use the "Android view" only for scaling, not for cropping the site in half. I think this is an abnormal situation.
I am interested in the opinion of professionals, who is to blame for this situation — Vivaldi or website designer ? -

Hi, you have to blame the web page developer, the page is cropped in Chrome and Opera, too.Cheers, mib

That can probably be said, specially for a mobile app.
It is possible they don´t update the page for Chromium 116, I bet it work in Firefox.Cheers, mib
