Feature request: M2
Hi guys, loving Vivaldi reminds me of the proper opera, one feature I used to adore though that does not seem to have made a reappearance was the M2 mail client, any chance of it ever making a come back?
The mail client is called M3 and developped and tested internally.
if you search for the word M3 in this forum you will have some threads about discussion about Vivaldis new mail client. Please search and ask and discuss threre.
Hey there Gwen-Dragon, I cannot seem to see anything under M3 unless I am doing something daft (Not a big forum guy lol) all I am getting is this: Onedrive screenshot
I do see a link to webmail at the top of the screen though, is that M3?
Thank you for the fast reply also

Cheers Gwen could be promising, I have a nightmare with some o the sites I visit because they use internal only mail (that is the site has email across its network but no outbound network at all) bloody nightmare sometimes
Oh hey not that I am tryign to bump my own feature requests, but any idea about the other two I sent in; I kinda like the ability to use the same browser when I am at or at work, right now I have to use a mixture of three which gets old quick;

My magic glass bowl is broken
You send a feature request to Vivaldi bugreport? Which bugnumbers did they have?
its ok some others guys got them https://vivaldi.net/en-US/forum/all/11365-feature-request-cross-platform-capable && https://vivaldi.net/en-US/forum/all/11364-feature-request-proxy-options-are-not-system-proxy-options Looks like I am still going to be missing a browser
It really does suck that vivaldi did not pick up the same 'runs on all platforms' mantle that the original opera did, I know firefox does but I just can't get on with it for some reason

No, old Opera <=12 promised it but did not good work with Mobile, Linuxes and Un*x-likes and other platforms!
I knew as i was long term (since 2001) user of Opera browsers on phone, PDA and desktop.
Currently Vivaldi Technologies is s small company, not really comparable in team size to Opera, and cant afford so much time to build for any platforms.
But… please wait, perhaps Vivaldi can get it running.
