      Why Open the Web?

Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content.

@Ruarí Please fix (VB-97070) Panel Toggle button is on Navigation Toolbar, but on Panel Toolbar Edit Dialog

Users who have lost their Panel Toggle button will not be able to find it in the Customise Toolbar dialog. It should be on the Navigation Toolbar now (the default location), but it is stuck in the Panel Toolbar category.

@Pathduck I don't have the rights to do that. They were created by Larksl (Lars Kleinschmidt) for Opera Presto.

He is a member here, but not an active Vivaldi user by the look of it.

@Pathduck Pah, it's a dinosaur's cousin that spits napalm (has a switch on the back), it is red afterall!

I thought about this too but it would be too extreme imo 😁 :
