It does not make much sense to ask this, nobody knows.
You should get informed when a report is closed as VB-89920 is closed since a year, for example.

VB-89920 - Closed an cannot reproduce. Where exactly does date sorting not work for you? Can you reproduce the issue in a clean profile? I haven't been able to reproduce this either.
VB-87963 Closed an invalid. The issue happens due to the file download being redirected through an insecure connection. This is a chromium policy. Check your console for more details. The same happens in Chrome as well if you disable the internal pdf viewer.
Do you have another example where the above is not the case?
VB-83196 - Closed an invalid. The email address you provided in the bug report was invalid so the devs couldn't reply with an explanation.
