[Feature Requests] Lower the displayed position of the speed dial.

I am using an iPhone 12 mini. But the top row of the speed dial is hard to reach with my finger. So I add pages to the top row that I don't access very often.
So I would like to request a setting to lower the display position of the speed dial. I am using an iPhone 12 mini, but I think this setting would be very useful for users with larger iPhones or Android devices. For example, it would be great to be able to lower the speed dial to this level.
