however, to channel eric idle on the cross, at least no more necro-fetching happened this time... yet.still trying hard, very hard, to keep grinning & bearing this, rather than just re-enabling the feedbro extension for predictable reliability.

@npro yes, sadly. i updated my dedicated thread on it t'other day, noting that the latest video there took "only" one minute before it began, which is comparatively fast [for that channel in v, i mean; certainly not in absolute terms]. it still weirds me out, how all other channels' feeds are fine in v, yet this one is so tardy.

Now, right click on a workspace in dropdown menu, it switched to the selected workspace, I think it is a bug -
@prime23 same here, & it's damn annoying, coz now i cannot background-hibernate a non-focused workspace via context menu, like before. sigh.

@DoctorG Did you not try manually triggering for updates first? That would have still got you the delta and would be faster. Also tests the non schduling part of the update mechanism

No, because in the past autoupdate worked.
Could been a broken install on my side? Who knows.
I uninstalled Vivaldi Snapshot, cleared my profile and will now watch if autoupdates will wok in future.No problem for me. I only asked for the case if update servers had overload and did not respond over horus.

The tagging (& filtering) of the e-mail client is consistently inconsistent. I cannot make all the filters and the related tags to work. No matter what I do (by setting the OR rules) there are sites that just refuse to be filtered and tagged. That happens to 15% of my mails and, although not critical, is a pain in the ass.
