      Beg to wonder if this is maybe the fault of an update or an issue with sync (I had recently moved onto a new computer) but the windows panel seems to show absolutely nothing despite open tabs. This seems like a nasty bug if nothing else. Restarting Vivaldi doesn't fix. Please advise?

        So this took a bit of time but I seemingly found a fix:
        Reinstall Vivaldi for all users, not per user. Windows panel will work without issue after launching the updated version. It doesn't seem to recognize whatever active session there is on the older instance nor do tabs carry over from there, but you can have both windows open and moving them manually works fine.
        I wouldn't really call it a "fix" moreso there might be a bug with the local install version of Vivaldi. I'm not sure. However, for me the issue is resolved. I hope this could help whoever suffers the same.

          @Happyfaec Sessions aren’t being synced. How did you move your tabs to the new install?

            @luetage I didn't.
            Saved all tabs to bookmark on previous machine and just reopened a few of them here.

              @Happyfaec I you didn’t do anything funky to your profile, I have no explanation why the windows panel should show no tabs, haven’t encountered this issue.

                I recently had a similar issue, except my windows panel only displayed what looked like a log of an error, sadly this resolved itself before I took a screenshot.
